Kentucky Tax Credit Extended!

Kentucky Tax Credit Extended Kentucky's New Home Tax Credit has been extended from July 25 to December 31, 2010. Up to $5,000 in State tax credits are available for people building or purchasing a new home.

Purchasers must apply to the Kentucky Department of Revenue within 7 days of the home's closing to claim the tax credit. Just under $10 million remains in the tax credit pool, so act now and don't miss out!
