Todd and Danielle enjoy all that their community has to offer.

When searching for a new home, Todd and Danielle Temple were looking for something affordable and comfortable. They wanted the conveniences of a city without the big-city hassles. They were also looking for a community where their two children, Courtney, 5, and Alicen, 2, could be involved and make new friends. What they found was the Wedgwood community filled with activities for the entire family.

"We wanted a home within a subdivision where friendships could be formed and the neighbors are pleasant," explained Todd.

The Temples have already taken advantage of the amenities within their neighborhood. They enjoy walking and biking throughout the community, and the kids love the pool and playground. The family is even beginning to take advantage of the nearby amenities.

We already have season passes to Kings Island," commented Todd. "It is conveniently located only a few minutes away."

Todd and Danielle were excited to move into their new home. They said they were especially pleased with the service Maple Street Homes provided while building their home.

"I never felt pressured by our sales counselor, and she was always accessible," commented Todd. "She was able to answer all of my questions, and called me back promptly when I left messages."

Enjoying A New Community

Though Todd and Danielle love their new home and community, it can be difficult moving into a new area. But the children are making friends and are already involved in school and community activities.

"Our biggest draw to the area was the excellent rated school district. The house is in a nice neighborhood and is still reasonably priced," Todd said.

Moving into Wedgwood is a choice Todd and Danielle are extremely happy about. In fact, they moved into their new home on Mother's Day, which both Danielle and Todd felt was fitting! They now have the opportunity to enjoy their new community and friends for a lifetime of happiness.
