New Homes Cincinnati Home | Our Story | Career Opportunities

A single family home is providing a lot of space.

After being transferred to the area, Kevin and Lynda Westbrook moved into a condominium in Burlington, Kentucky. Soon after, the Westbrooks' daughter Amanda decided that she wanted to save a few dollars and live at home while attending Northern Kentucky University. With three people living in the two-bedroom condo, the Westbrooks felt like the walls were closing in. So, they decided they needed a little more space and began their search for a larger home.

"After living in apartments and condos, I missed the single family home experience," Kevin said. "It is nice to have a little room to move around in again."

Kevin and Lynda knew that a new home in the Maple Street Homes community of Meadow Glen would give them the seclusion and privacy they were looking for, while still being close to all the growth and excitement of Kenton County, Northern Kentucky, and Cincinnati. The family wanted to build a two-story home that would provide them with the space they were looking for.

"Meadow Glen gave us a combination of a rural setting with the convenience of I-75 and shopping access," Kevin said. "We are also close to a golf course. This will be great when we are settled in our new home."

Kevin and Lynda were amazed at how fast the construction of their new home was proceeding. From week to week, they would see the workers making headway on the framing and the drywall. As they watched the construction, the couple was more eager to move in. They were especially pleased with the service Maple Street Homes provided while building their home. "Our sales counselor was so helpful," Kevin said. "We felt like she really cared about our needs and concerns."

Enjoying A New Community

Kevin and Lynda love their new home and community. They are excited about the future and the possibilities it brings. Moving to Independence is more convenient for their daughter's commute to Northern Kentucky University and Lynda and Kevin's commute to work.

As they continue their lives together, they will be able to enjoy all of the conveniences that Independence has to offer. They now have a lifetime to enjoy all of the comforts of living in a single family home.
