The Willoughbys are excited to move into their developing community.

Being the first residents in their community, Katie and Brandon Willoughby have taken on the role of welcome wagon for their new neighbors.

In the new Maple Street Homes community of Hebron Gardens, the Willoughbys and their two dogs are enjoying watching the neighborhood develop. The couple, married just three years, were referred to Maple Street Homes by a friend.

The couple chose Maple Street's Hebron Gardens for its Boone County location and convenience to their jobs. Katie works for Hebron Animal Hospital, and Brandon works for Lowe's.

"We just loved the whole process," Katie said. "Our salesperson was great. She answered all of our questions quickly."

In fact, the whole process went smoothly for the couple, and their home was ready sooner than promised. Katie and Brandon are proud to own their first home and are glad they chose Maple Street Homes.

Enjoying A New Community

In building their new home, the Willoughbys chose the Mason floorplan, but made several changes to make the house unique. Katie said they added cathedral ceilings, a bay window and an octagon window.

Katie and Brandon love their "roomy" and "homey" house, and are having fun making it their own.

As their community develops and the rolling hills are dotted with new neighbors, the couple are looking forward to meeting new people and taking advantage of community amenities.
