Who Can Enter

To enter, entrants must be legal United States residents of the State of Ohio, Kentucky, or Indiana, who are 18 years of age or older on the date of entry.

Associates (including, without limitation, part-time or temporary associates) of Maple Street Homes, LLC, contest sponsors and any other Cincinnati area home builders, and their respective parent entities, subsidiaries, affiliated companies and advertising and promotion agencies at any time during the contest period and the immediate family and other household members (i.e., spouses, parents, grandparents, children, grandchildren, roommates, housemates, significant others, partners and siblings) of each of the above are NOT eligible to enter and/or to win the Contest.

By entering the Contest entrant agrees to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and decisions of Maple Street Homes, LLC, which are final and binding in all respects. The Contest is governed by the laws of the United States of America and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. THIS CONTEST IS VOID, IN WHOLE OR IN PART, WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

Contest Dates: Feb 1, 2008 through May 31, 2008.

Entry

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

Maple Street Homes, LLC is not responsible for any entries, internet connections and/or telephone calls that are misdirected, lost, stolen, disconnected, not received, or are illegible. All entries become the property of Maple Street Homes, LLC and will not be acknowledged or returned.

Entries received that are mutilated, tampered with, illegible, or from ineligible entrants will be void. Entries that are determined by Maple Street Homes, LLC to be fraudulent will be void and the person making such an entry will be barred from further participation in the contest. Incomplete entries may be disqualified in Maple Street Homes, LLC’s sole discretion. Entrants must meet all qualification requirements as set forth by Maple Street Homes, LLC.

Use of robotic, automatic, programmed or similar entry modes is prohibited and will be void. In case of an identity dispute, the registered user of the email account on the date of entry will be the recognized user. If Maple Street Homes, LLC determines that any registration form contains false or fraudulent information or is submitted by a person other than the one named in the form or by an ineligible entrant, such form will be disqualified and that member will be prohibited from participating in this contest.

Winner will be announced on or about June 15, 2008. Winner will be selected from all qualified entrants.

Prize(s)

All prizes awarded on-air must be picked up at the WKRQ’s studios at 2060 Reading Road, Cincinnati, OH 45202 during normal business hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Prizes will not be mailed.

Prizes will be released to winners only. Winners are required to present a valid state photo ID and social security number in order to pick up any prize. All winners are required to sign a release in form acceptable to Maple Street Homes, LLC, relieving Maple Street Homes, LLC and its parents, subsidiaries, officers, directors, members, managers, associates, agents and contest sponsors from any and all liability with respect to the entrant's participation in the contest and the receipt and/or use of the prize. Any winner who refuses to sign the Release and/or provide a social security number will forfeit the contest prize.

Maple Street Homes, LLC reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value for all contests and giveaways. Prizes are not redeemable for cash. No transfer or assignment of prizes is allowed.

Prizes not claimed within 10 business days of being awarded, or in the case of a time sensitive prize, within its period of usability, shall be considered forfeited and will become property of Maple Street Homes, LLC. Such prize may be disposed of at the discretion of Maple Street Homes, LLC Management.

Winners are responsible for paying all applicable local, county, state and federal taxes on prizes based on the estimated retail value of the prize, and winners will be issued an IRS 1099 form for all prizes won from Maple Street Homes, LLC. Winners may be required, as a condition to winning and redeeming a prize, to sign an affidavit of eligibility and any forms required by tax authorities and other third parties.

Miscellaneous

The odds of winning depend upon number of eligible entries received.

By entering the contest, entrant grants Maple Street Homes, LLC, it affiliates, subsidiaries and other sponsors of the Contest full and unlimited permission to use entrant's personality, including entrant's name, likeness, personal information, and voice for promotional and publicity purposes, including all advertising, promotions, news coverage, and features, without further consideration. In addition, as a condition to winning a prize, winners agree to make themselves available to Maple Street Homes, LLC, its subsidiaries and affiliates and the sponsors for interviews, photographs and video taping.

Maple Street Homes, LLC is not responsible for any technical difficulties experienced due to overload, loss of service, electronic problems, servers, routers, or any other technical problem that may impact entry or claiming a prize.

By entering the Contest, entrant agrees to (i) be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Maple Street Homes, LLC which are final and binding in all respects; and (ii) release and hold harmless Maple Street Homes, LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries and their owners, employees, directors, shareholders and agents from all claims, liability or damage caused or claimed to be caused, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, in connection with participation in this Contest, or acceptance, use or misuse of any prize, the substitution of any prize, the administration of the Contest, the operation of the website or use by Maple Street Homes, LLC of any of the rights granted by entrant herein.

Except where prohibited by law, as a condition to participating in this Contest, entrant agrees that any and all disputes or cause of action arising out of or related to this Contest, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually by arbitration, without resort to any form of class action, and judgment upon the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will the participant in the Contest be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or other damages (including attorneys' fees), and the entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

Maple Street Homes, LLC reserves the right to: (i) terminate or declare Contest null and void and rescind any prize, if in its sole judgment, the rules or the integrity of the Contest have been violated or compromised in any way, intentionally or unintentionally by any person whether or not an entrant or participant in the Contest; (ii) alter or amend these Contest rules at any time; and (iii) stop or conclude the Contest at any time without prior notice.
