Group Health Care and Dental Insurance
All full-time Associates can choose to have medical and dental coverage for themselves and their dependents after 90 days of employment have been completed. Both medical and dental coverage have a variety of plans that give Associates an opportunity to personalize their needs.
Flexible Spending Account - Health & Dependent Care
All full-time associates can choose to participate in the Flexible Spending – Health and/or Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts after 90 days of employment has been completed. This plan allows you to use pre-tax dollars for out-of-pocket health care expenses and dependent day care expenses.
Life Insurance
After 90 days of employment have been completed, all full-time Associates will receive $10,000 in life insurance paid by the company. Associates can also choose to purchase additional life insurance for themselves and their dependents, at a very affordable cost.
401K/Profit Sharing Plus Plan
The Fischer Group offers full-time Associates, after one year of service, the opportunity to save on a tax-deferred basis and the company supplements with match and a commitment to profit share based on our annual operating results. Even though we make no promise for future matches, we’ve never missed a year of Profit Sharing contributions.
